JBD has the solution for all of your construction requirements. JBD owns the finest machinery available to produce custom shapes which add the finishing touch to a new home or remodeling project. JBD can accurately produce moldings and trims from any wood species at a high rate of speed. The Profimat has five cutting spindles, each capable of creating any shape on the wood stock. As the wood stock is power fed into the molder, it is straightened on a cast steel bed and then cut into its final shape. More complex shapes may require multiple passes.
